  1. Tim Francl says:

Ben: I am interested in the strength training dvds…primarily for marathon and triathalon. I am someone that likes the DVD format. Is this available in DVD format for DVD players (not computer DVD format?) It appears if I order the Dominator that there is a DVD specifically for the strength portions. Is this the case? and is it possible to just get the strength book plus DVD?

    1. yes, at http://www.triathlondominator.com, you can get hard copies of the strength training one. It's typically not sold separately, but if you give me a glowing review and post a youtube video of you doing the program, I'll arrange to get one sent out to you for just shipping and handling. Just e-mail me: [email protected]

Brilliant, Where do I get one of those Gym Sticks?

  3. Andrea says:

If I purchase the Shape21 ebook, how will I know how to do the exercises? Are there on-line links to demos, or detailed descriptions in the book?

    1. The hard copy book includes DVD's, detailed descriptions and photos, and the online version includes videos, detailed descriptions and photos. The exercises are REALLY clearly described! Hope that helps.

  4. Cathy says:

This is a great idea, but I need more info: what is the format of these e-books? Is it compatible with a Kindle, for example, so I can read it/refer to it on either device, as needed/preferred? And, is the content printable (it is good for the lists, often, to be able to print them out, for reference–shopping lists, recurring exercises, etc.)? Just curious as to how flexible the electronic content version is, versus the standard hard copy book. Thanks!

    1. The answers to all your questions can be found at http://www.pacificfit.net/books-dvds.php , including how to view in a Kindle, and which books have printable forms, etc.

Having done personal training for a long time, I make all my books as user friendly as possible, with consideration to which pages you'd want to print and bring with you to the gym, etc!

Some of the movies are in Quicktime format, which requires a plug-in on some phones if you're viewing on your phone.

      Hope that helps!
      Ben
