I admit.

I'm a Twitter junkie.

I'm constantly skewering my favorite and most useful fitness and nutrition articles, research and resources and posting them to my Ben Greenfield Twitter account. From shattering exercise myths to releasing news flashes on new dietary aids, I keep you informed on everything fitness-related.
