    Happy 100 Ben!

    I was just checking to see if the “feel the discomfort” during training and competition applies to the over 40 crowd. We seem to be a little more prone to injuries and slower to recover, so I wanted to know if there were any guidelines for feeling the burn & pain for the older athlete. Or maybe it’s a myth and we should be training just as hard as the 20 somethings.

      Difference between burn and pain is significant, since the former is lactic acid, and the latter is joint pain – which is definitely something the older population needs to be more aware of…
