  1. Although I have no interest in training like Jon Call, the podcast was interesting. I’m definitely going to ‘jump every day.’ Who knows, I might look into learning a backflip.

I can’t imagine the bamboo filters have a significantly different porosity (I think that’s the correct measure) than a paper filter.

  2. Brenda says:

I agree with Sandy. I have been listening to Ben for years, and I think he is witty, charming, and entertaining, but he did seem jealous, and not so nice to this guest. Jujimufu rocks!

  3. James says:

Wow, it seems the only take away people are getting is that he’s on steroids?? If you really think you can just take drugs, and you’re going to look like that or perform like he can, you’re crazy!
One take away, that could be applied to MMA or Kickboxing as easily as the tricking, was focusing on the goal at hand and that was cycling mass building with the skill work. So if a guy that is using steroids can’t recover from trying to pursue both at the same time, it makes sense that a natural wouldn’t either.
Also the fact that he’s injury free after all these years, something to think about.

  4. Oliver Lopez says:

In the defense of Ben, only been listening for a few months now, he always sounds rather condescending…with every guest I heard him talk to. Doesn’t really bother me, because the content of the shows are usually interesting and goes way into the “woo woo”

    Jujimufu is a freak-beast! haha

  5. Matt says:

I’m sorry, you lost me at Jujimufu.

  6. alan says:

    weird man,

did he take diuretics before shooting or is he really so lean?

    1. Ed says:

      That height/weight “naturally”?

    2. Ed says:

Alan – A combination of being 5’10 and 230lbs, and, being extremely lean is a little (lot) more than diuretics IMHO.

  7. Sandy says:

condescending tone from Ben here embarrassing and sounded jealous
