But why not make your own home a complete wellness sanctuary?

Enter the concept of Feng Shui, which is a Chinese philosophical system of harmonizing everyone with the surrounding environment. Hey Ben, would love to know if there actually exists papers on the Himalayan salt lamp and its ability to produce therapeutic amounts of negative ions, and for that matter, the effectiveness of negative ions to sufficiently neutralise positive ions in a room to have a positive impact on health?

Further to this I should add, do we actually know that excessive amounts of positive ions in our environment can have a negative impact on our health?

  2. Jade Stell says:

    Hi Bed,

I was just wondering what negative ion bracelet you wear? What brand/where did you get it? Are there better companies than others?

  3. James Anderson says:

I’m looking for a purifier and having a hard time between air oasis and Odorox hydroxyl generator. Chris kresser and Dave asprey support air oasis but a person I trust tells me that Odorox is better. What’s your thoughts. B

  4. Jordan says:

What air oxidizer do you use Ben? Thanks

Hey Ben … awesome on …

    (1) Getting podcasts on blogs, that lisbn thingie was rough to work with for me. Maybe I’m missing out on some other content there for my $5 a year …

    (2) On adding your wacky, goofy, corny comments during interviews. Love it.

    (3) Yes, all the good stuff you put out there, goes without saying … I’m only saying.

    (4) Putting times on the location for the info.

    Yep, love the show.

    1. Thanks so much for the feedback Ken and great to have you as a listener.

  6. Kathy McCrady says:

Ben, love your show. I really appreciate how you explore everything critically and honestly. Can u please get us a “Ben” discount on the air oasis? Hope so! Just so pricey!!

    1. Hey Kathy – thank you for the kind words. No discount on the Air Oasis at this stage, sorry!

    Hey Ben,

Great podcast. I was wondering whether you’d be able to point me towards some good, neutral research on water structuring and its effect on toxins in water, specifically chlorine and fluoride. I’ve read on sites selling water restructuring units that those toxins are unable to bind to structured water, but if those units aren’t filters they’re not removing the toxins so they’d still be ingested.

    Thanks

    1. I know this not totally what you are looking for– but start here: https://bengreenfieldfitness.com/2012/08/what-is-…

      1. JRJ says:

        I’ll dig in. Thanks, Ben

  8. Rich says:

You guys talk about structured water. She mentions a device that structures the water to such a pure state filtering isn’t necessary. Hmmmm…I’d like to investigate this further…what was it? I’m still trying to figure out what I want to do to my water. Hydrogen Water seems all the rage in Japan and there are many devices. Ozone water is also interesting. Ionized water is coming up in my searches. I think it’s the same as Hydrogen water…not sure. Alkaline water? From what I’ve read so far it’s for the most part bunk…Running water thru something or “vortexing” it is also “a thing”. And finally shining different frequencies of light and EMF is also supposed to impart some kind of cool mojo upon the H2O. I’m very much interested. I’m imagining combining several of these devices and producing a tall morning glass of water that rock my world (Hydrogenated, Ozonated, Ionized, Re-mineralized, Vortexed, UV, Multiple Infrared Frequencies and Grounding EMF Fields, etc.) for half the day. Or am I just dreaming?

  9. Nicole says:

    Hi Ben,

What is the bracelet that you wear? You referred to it on this podcast.

    Thank you!

    1. It is in beta design. Stay tuned.

  10. Sven says:

    Hi Ben,

Great podcast! What happened to your Superhuman Encoder you hinted to in the podcast? Are they still available?

Also, what do you think about air conditioners? Do you use one and how do you keep it from drying out the air?

    1. Version 2.0 is in beta design. Stay tuned. In meantime, air conditioners I like, but I have an AllerAir built into mine: http://amzn.to/2gqr8YZ

      1. Sven says:

        Great! Can’t wait.

So are the air conditioner and the allerair both stand-alone units or is the AllerAir actually built INTO the air conditioner you have?

        1. Both options with AllerAir! They have both into the air units and standalone units.
