What's The Healthiest Way To Tan

Celia asks: She stopped tanning in the sun about 10 years ago because of all the sun spots she was getting on her chest, arms and legs. She uses sun screen while running and gardening but would really like to look tanned again. Do you know what the safest way to chemically tan is? Spray on at a shop or any of the over the counter products?

Patrick asks: You have mentioned that becoming truly fat adapted for exercise takes 6 months. Is this only effected by diet or does specific types of training play a part as well? He background is strength and power (college offensive lineman) and is starting SealFit training.

    I have a metatarsal cuneiform exostosis. Would electrical stimulation help my injury? I would like to avoid surgery if possible.

    1. PEMF would be more appropriate for that, in my opinion (although I'm not a doctor and that's not medical advice). You can read about it here: https://greenfieldfitnesssystems.com/product/earth… – about 15-20 minutes, 2-3x/day with North pole held near to injury site.
