Listener Q&A:

The Effects Of 5G On Respiration…31:38

Dale asks: In regards to 5G, 5G does cause respiratory issues from what I’ve seen on pub med and quite a few other issues regarding toxins in the body. What recommendations do you have for individuals to see if they have high toxic levels in their body? Furthermore, I have not seen anything that you can wear outside, unless you wrap your body in aluminum foil to protect you from 5G? I see a lot of companies are coming out with stuff, but how is that verified that this stuff actually works?

How To Use Hydrogen Tablets…50:58

Rob asks: You often recommend hydrogen water. I ordered some hydrogen tablets and dissolved one tablet in water, drink it, and my mouth became saturated with an overpowering metallic taste. I haven’t had a cold and three years and I got a canker sore within an hour and a full-blown cold in a day that's taken me three weeks to get over. Do you have any ideas regarding this issue?

How Much Work Is Too Much…58:14

Noah asks: A few days ago, I got what appears to be burnout at work. I work 7 days a week because I just love what I do, and I think I give myself plenty of time to recover (about 7 hours of work per day.) But I'm wondering as fun as my work may be, is it true that eventually the mental energy needed to keep up just wears out when you work 7 days per week? Do you work 7 days per week, or do you take days off? And if you take days off, is it because of mental recovery or do you just want to spend more time with your family? What's a general weekly routine look like for Ben Greenfield?

    Ben,
I’ve been monitoring my glucose with a FreeStyle Libre since becoming pregnant with my daughter 2.5 years ago. As a type 1 diabetic it has been a game changer for me; then I had the tightest control on my blood sugar levels as I ever had. Still using the CGM, yet finding lots of fluctuation in my numbers and also taking note of feeling hot, or when the weather is hotter than usual (which doesn’t happen much in Seattle, haha) that my glucose level rises. I am so glad you have noted this and mentioned it here because now I’m going to experiment with a quick cool-down when I notice it happening. I’m very interested in learning if you’ve found any other atypical glucose fluctuations. I would love to hear a podcast episode focused on type 1 diabetes!
Thanks for another great, entertaining and informational podcast you guys. Long-time listener here.
Congrats on your new babe, Jay!

  2. Dave Fellows says:

Regarding hydrogen tablets, I find they dissolve poorly in very cold water so wonder if this was your problem. Try using tepid water (or at least room temperature).

  3. Brianne says:

Hi Ben, regarding your strike, stroll, shiver routine, where would I add in a 20 minute Joovv session? After the 10-40 minute exercise? Or after the cold shower?

    Thank you!!

  4. Mike says:

Hey Ben. Are there any general changes to your hot/cold routines based on the points you mentioned about blood sugar in this Q and A? I have been utilizing your strike, stroll, and shiver technique from your book boundless and getting great results. Do you recommend the hot/cold mix for showers or just 2-5 minute cold for weight loss?
    Thanks for everything!

  5. Glen says:

Thanks for all you do Ben. Cool stuff mate.

Regarding 5G the true cellular science has been broken down by the majestic Prof Martin Green here.

His work is derived from over 197 peer reviewed scientific studies here.

Remember the words ‘Voltage Gated Calcium Channels’

I think Dr. Mercola throws a fleeting reference to Martin Palls work.

    Warm regards Glen

    1. Glen says:

      Correction.
Please refer to Emeritus Prof Dr. Martin Pall of WSU.
      Sorry.

  6. Robert Jordan says:

Here’s another way to reduce the effects of 5G if your 5G phone is your main source of broadband.

While at home, I connect my iPad over wifi using the mobile hotspot on my 5G iPhone. That way I’m at least only getting the lesser effects of wifi rather than holding a 5G device in my hand next to my heart and nads all night. It at least puts some distance between me and the phone. It’s not as clean as an ethernet connection but it’s what I can do being that I can’t have wired internet.

    1. Nick says:

The farther you can put your 5G phone away from you, the better. Mercola’s book EMF*D does a good job breaking down beamforming and all the reasons 5G is a whole different beast than the predecessors.

Can you connect your phone to the 4G networks? I don’t remember if that actually works.

  7. Lester says:

Ask Slovak how to prevent hydrogen from escaping during the burp. You pay good money for a dose of hydrogen yet it can’t be controlled with tablets. Most instructions on the label say to put one tablet in a cup of water yet different “experts” say they put 2 tablets in their water. duh? Why not use 6 tablets for a greater effect? Is it because no one really knows what the best dose is? And then you have to gulp down the water as fast as possible to prevent H2 loss. With all the burping and gulping I wonder is any H2 really absorbed and what we see is placebo?

  8. josee says:

    – what is your protocole about hyperbaric chambers?
    – how many time a week
    -how long
    – how deep, ( same everytime…? )
    – canula nasal ?

What do we say or do to decline this Covid vaccine if it gets approved to be mandatory?
