    Here is my huge problem. I am 46 yrs old, 5′ 10″ tall and 227.6 lbs. Here are my body measurements in inches.

    Shoulders 53

    Chest 44

    Abdomen 41.5

    Hips 43.5

    Neck is 16.5

    Both biceps 16

    Calves 17

    Right quad 27.5

    Left quad 27 probably smaller due to permanent knee injury

    So I have a calorie intake of 2100 – 2300 calories in which I weight and measure all my food and I make sure I reach 2100 and never go over 2300. I each tons of veggies cooked and raw and I also eat meat and supplement with a greens drink 3 x a day that consists of spirellena, chlorella, L-glutamine and bcaas. I also refereed with carbs on Friday night and Saturday by adding wg rice, oatmeal and my cheat meal which is usually chicken wings and a couple beer. Each day I lift weights then do a finisher which is burped cleans without letting go of the 95lb barbell. I do 10,9,8 down to 1. Then I take my dog for a 1 – 1.5 hour walk probably 4-5 times a week depending in the bc south coast rain.

    So now yo know what met life is. Why do I consistently gain a pound a week. I would not mind the weight if my abdomen and hip measurement would go down but they aren’t. I am just looking for advice as to what my issue may be.

    More great content. Not a fan of the Pompa collaboration though – his stuff just screams marketing scam. Pompa may be a hospitable host, but he is not a “world expert in detox” – maybe in selling supplements though
