Memorial Day is over, and here's another sneak peek on the latest from Get-Fit-Guy!

Each week, over at the Quick & Dirty Tips Network, I produce a free, easy-to-read article, accompanied by a short 5-10 minute audio version of that article. Everything there is focused on the latest fitness research, exercise news, and quick and highly practical muscle gain, fat loss and physical performance tips. It’s called “The Get-Fit Guy’s Quick & Dirty Tips To Slim Down & Shape Up”.

Here's what we have from this week's episode “2 Potent Ways To Kill Fat Cells & Lose Fat Fast“.

Think about the last piece of fat loss advice you received.

Lemme guess…it went something like this:

“Move more.”

“Eat less.”

“Try this pill.”

“Read this diet book.”

And sure: fat loss and the attainment of a sexy, lean body begins with getting off your butt, moving more, working out, and slowly lowering the doughnut from your gaping maw.

But when it comes to losing fat fast, staying shredded, ripped and toned year round, and getting to the body weight you want – without two-a-day workouts and being hungry all the time – there are potent strategies that fly under the radar: strategies that go beyond fat loss.

I am new to looking up show notes but I could not find episode #339 on Quick and Dirty Tips.com.

Great tips Ben, been taking really cold showers for some time now. Seems like it’s working, though I know for sure – it wakes me the heck up! There’s a powerful habit of doing the hard things first, such as taking cold showers, exercising, meditating, etc. I read somewhere that fat burns out of the body through carbon dioxide – meaning it just goes into the air. Before reading the study, I always thought fat was converted to energy or expelled through the body via urine or feces. Crazy huh?
