If you regularly frequent this site, then you know that I have a very cool live event coming to the beautiful Pacific Northwest in just 8 weeks.

Yes, it's just 8 weeks until you get to come hang out in my backyard in Spokane, Washington and learn everything you need to know about how to become Superhuman – whether you want to get a better body faster, maximize your mental performance, heal your gut, or do an Ironman triathlon.

So did you grab your spot yet?

What? What's your excuse?

If you're not quite sure if this is for you, you can keep reading for the top 8 FAQ's on the “Become Superhuman” live event and your chance to come hang out with me in my own backyard this March

——————————————–

#1 Q. Spokane sounds weird. Why should I go?

A. Hey, that's my hometown you're talking about!

Seriously though – if you've ever been to a “live” event before, then you know it's way different than just surfing the internet looking for solutions to your health, fitness and nutrition questions. Something magical happens when you're physically in the same room networking with 270 other people who are as passionate as you about making their bodies better, living the lean lifestyle, and accomplishing amazing goals.

You come away from a live experience with inspiration, connections, friends, and  knowledge that will set you for life to achieve everything you want for your body, mind and performance, whether you want to maximize fat loss, achieve an Ironman triathlon, or push your body and mind to the absolute limits of human performance. But here's the thing: you have to physically be there for the magic to happen. Trust me – I've personally tried the “online summit” vs. the live approach, and the physical, face-to-face experience is always way better.

Oh yes, and if you're a personal trainer who needs ACE Fitness CEU's, they're awarding 1.2 CEU's if you attend!

——————————————–

#2 Q. Do I hafta be a jock or crazy fitness enthusiast to attend?

Absolutely not! This event is perfect for anyone who wants to discover the healthiest, most efficient way to get a better body, enhance physical and mental performance, cut through nutrition confusion, or just live longer with maximum quality of life.

I personally know some people who are attending just because they're freaking frustrated with their uphill battle to lose fat or get the body they want. Other people feel like they exercise way too much for the subpar results they're getting. Others just want to once-and-for-all get rid of their fuzzy thinking, digestive issues, and hormonal  imbalances and they know that the people who hold the keys to the solution are going to be at this event live and in-person.

So ultimately, while the “Become Superhuman” event can take you from good to great, it will also give you a complete blueprint for how to just get started getting the body and mind you deserve.

——————————————–

#3 Q. Why can't I just listen to the podcast to get this stuff?

Scroll back up and see the answer to the first question. No amount of jogging around with your .mp3 player or hunching in front of your computer tapping keys and reading blogs is going to put the rocket boosters on your goal like grabbing a plane ticket to Spokane, Washington, snagging one of the discount hotel rooms I have lined up for you, and waltzing into the Spokane Conference Center at 8:30am on Friday morning, March 8.

I'll be there ready to shake your hand, or give you a hug – whichever you'd prefer. I'll also have a goodie bag chock full of fantastic stuff from our event sponsors, and an event workbook that makes it super easy for you to get the most out of your experience.

——————————————–

#4 Q. Where the heck is it?

My backyard!

The beautiful Pacific Northwest, in Spokane, WA (airport code is GEG and my favorite discounted airline ticket website is Kayak). If you feel like tacking on an extra day or two while you're here, you can go skiing, mountain biking, sample our fantastic wineries and cuisine, or even arrange a face-to-face consult with me at the Greenfield kitchen table or my local coffeeshop (I'll take care of ya and make sure you have fun!).

——————————————–

#5 Q. Why is this so much less expensive than other events – is the venue a soup kitchen?

I won't beat around the bush here. I'm losing money on this event. Between feeding you local, organically grown food, hiring event organizers, making sure we have a kick-butt venue and audio-visual team, and paying speaking fees, airline tickets and hotel rooms for the best-of-the-best speakers to come and teach you, this is certainly a bit of a financial loss for me to make it just $297 for you to get in.

But in looking at comparable conferences and seeing prices from four hundred bucks up to over 2000 dollars, I just couldn't see myself charging that amount for this information and experience. I'd rather this event be totally accessible for you, and be rewarded by knowing that this is going to be a life-changing experience for you.

——————————————–

#6 Q. What else can I do while I'm there?

Well, I can tell you what I'd do while I'm not participating in the early morning bootcamp style workouts, sitting in on fantastic sessions, and hanging out at the killer post-event after-parties…

…go to one of my favorite restaurants, like Wild Sage, Luna or Mizuna…

…grab some snowshoes, skis or bike from the local REI and head up to Mt. Spokane…

…go for a run along the river on the beautiful Centennial trail…

…visit nearby Coeur D' Alene, ID for a hike or cruise on the lake…

…explore downtown Spokane, just outside the front door of our host hotel…

——————————————–

#7 Q. Are there any discounts for attendees?

You've made it this far in the FAQ's.

And you're a loyal podcast listener and blog reader.

And I already told you I'm charging as little as I can for this event.

But I also want to reward you for your loyalty. So here's the deal: I've created 50 coupon codes with the phrase “HANGWITHBEN”. This code will knock $50 off your registration. And I'm serious, I just made 50 coupons, and then they disappear. You can click here to use your code now (just type HANGWITHBEN in the coupon code section).
