    Fish oil should have a 2 to 1 ratio of EPA to DHA.

    Perfect timing for this discussion. I have been hearing a lot about both Vitamin D and Fish Oil lately. My last blood test revealed that I am Vitamin D deficient and I was given a prescription for Vitamin D that I take weekly.
