The Most Addictive Chocolate Nut Butter You’ll Ever Taste

My Crazy Idea For A Simple 5G “Protection” Cocktail
If you listen to my podcast with Dr. Mercola or read his excellent book EMF*D, then you'll know there are three basic mechanisms of action via which 5G (and any other form of man-made EMFs) can damage your cells and mitochondria: direct DNA damage via radiation, steep influx of calcium into the cell, and upregulation of oxidative stress via your body’s inflammatory Nrf2 pathway.
After interviewing him and hearing his take on how to control the damage, I decided to put together a 5G Protection Cocktail using simple ingredients you can find on Amazon, specifically:
- NAD/Sirtuins to repair the DNA
- Magnesium to offset the calcium influx
- Ketones to downregulate the Nrf2 pathway
So, whenever I’m exposed to large amounts of EMFs in airplanes, airports, offices or co-working spaces, hefty use of a cell phone, walking through a neighborhood plastered with 5G panels, etc. I’ve been using this cocktail, and it’s very simple. Blood Flow Restriction + Sauna = Potent Nitric Oxide Release
Basically, it's a device that safely reduces venous flow, leading blood to pool in your limbs longer than normal. This leads to the production of VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) and nitric oxide in the body, along with BDNF (Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor). Nitric oxide allows blood vessels to constrict and relax, and also regulates the inflammatory cells in the blood vessel walls. Lactic acid also builds up in the muscle causing the pituitary gland to secrete growth hormone. When combined with sauna, which has a similar effect, the results are pretty impressive. One advantage of this Quarantine? I feel like I’m getting harder to kill by the day. My fitness has absolutely exploded, and I wasn’t in bad shape before. But I’m not just talking about muscle. I’ve been doing some really intense breath work, super hot sauna, some pretty hardcore cold soaks, Russian kettlebell training and high lactic acid blood flow restriction. I definitely think there’s something to be said for physical resilience. Between that, and music practice to stimulate the brain with my Holy Bible and meditation to feed the spirit, I’m trying to follow the whole BoundlessBook.com message of balanced mind-body-spirit optimization. Is it perfect? Absolutely not. For example, since the entire pandemic began I’ve only really slept about 5 to 6 hours per night, and I’m still trying to figure out why because nothing has changed except a possible shift in global consciousness that might be affecting sleep cycles on a quantum level. But that’s some woo woo shit for another day. How about you? How have you made yourself more resilient during this period of time?
