– Nifty Little Shot I'm Using To Hydrate This Summer

It's been quite some time since I've featured ORAL I.V., but with as many of my clients, readers, and followers are engaged in hefty hot exercise and race sessions this summer, I thought I'd remind you of these handy little bottles that I first revealed in my podcast with Anthony Beck entitled “The Physician Who Personally Advises The World’s Leading Health Authorities, And His Tiny Invention That Pro Athletes Swear By.” In that episode, Dr. Beck describes this tiny liquid shot that you can keep in your purse, fanny pack, race bag, etc that only contains trace minerals + structured water.

– Swiss Mountain Clinic Synopsis

Well, I have gotten so many questions about the Swiss Mountain Clinic retreat that I embarked upon last month that I thought I'd give you a quick synopsis here.

I first learned of this European Biological Medicine treatment center in my podcast with Robyn Openshaw entitled: “Fringe Medicine, Blood Ozone, Water Fasting, Hyperthermia & More: What Does Europe Know About Medicine & Cancer That Americans Don’t?“.

I then put together a group of 26 attendees to go with me for a week of liver and colon detoxification treatments, although the clinic also specializes in conditions such as mold, Lyme, Parkinson's and cancer. The place was a peaceful oasis in the Swiss Alps, and an “EMF free” zone to boot, with pure clean spring water and gorgeous hiking opportunities in the Swiss Alps each day. It was, in a slightly cliched way to put it, the experience of a lifetime.

Beef heart, baby. The heart is rich in folate, iron, zinc, and selenium. It is also a great source of vitamins B2, B6, and B12, all three of which are in a group known as B-complex vitamins. B vitamins found in organ meats have a cardioprotective effect, meaning they may protect against heart disease (that’s called the “Doctrine of Signatures” – heart is good for your heart!). I took this lovely cut from Grassland Beef (link in bio), marinated it for 24 hours in vinegar and lemon, rubbed it with sea salt, black pepper and tarragon, coated it with olive oil, then smoked it at 165F on the @traegergrills for 2 hours. Then I slathered it in @primalkitchenfoods “No Soy” Teriyaki sauce and did a quick 2 minute sear per side at 500. This stuff will be amazing with the homemade wild nettle and dandelion leaf pesto I whipped up earlier. #meat #organmeats #nosetotail #vitamins #minerals #healthyfood #healthyliving #hearttoheart #oliveoil #healthyfats #wildplants

    Hi Ben!

    I am in huge need of advice as this Bermudatriangle of repeatedly negetive consequences is making me slightly crazy. I will try to make it short.
    I am a 30-years old woman with a messed up mood. I’m highly sensitive, working with arts, was fat as a kid, got anorexia as a teenager, have spent the past years on recovering from the mental illness of anorexia without adapting to the eatingdisorder-treatment’s very irrational relationship to food (“ all food is good food even though it consists sugar, starch, radicals and artificials etc”)
    I have huge problems with a constantly low blood sugar, been diagnosed with an underfunction in my liver, my childhood-established fatcells are screaming for food all the time( happy sad angry doesn’t matter my body is obsessed with food) I need to sleep after lunch because I’m so dissy and tired (even though I’ve just hade veggies+tofu for lunch ) and when I wake up in the mornings I wake up in a complete rage -and just to clarify: I meen rage! I am so pissed of with everything and everyone that I would happily punch them in their face – until I eat.
    I have tried intermediate fasting for several months in a row during several periods in my life and it makes me a monster. I am so angry, so sad, and it won’t go over until I eat.
    I don’t eat sugar, I eat very few starchs, don’t do drugs or alcohol, I have a good life, I sleep well, I work out and I try balancing my super vegetable-rich diet with ginger, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar and other supplements to support my blood sugar but I am still in the hands of my internal eating-addicted monster.
    What can I do?
    Can I eat, starve, heal, move this issue out of me in any way?
    I go to therapy and I am in contact with my feelings but this is very physical, not thought-triggered in a way that can be verbally solved,
    I would deeply deeply appreciate your thoughts on this.
