–The Oak Meditation and Breathing app – From my previous podcast guest Kevin Rose, comes a great way to learn guided meditation easily in just 10-minutes a day. I've been meditating to the sound of distant rain, waterfalls, and a few of the other soothing background tracks. This one ranks higher than most of the other meditation apps I've tried. Worth a download and try in my opinion.
– KetoneAid – This stuff claims to be the “world’s first Ketone Ester drink”.
