With all the injuries I've racked up blending my hectic travel with Spartan World Championships training, I have resorted lately to simplicity in training: a treadmill, a kettlebell, and a pull-up bar…try this workout: 4 minute uphill treadmill hike, 15 pull-ups with a dead hang at the end, then 15 kettle bell squats, 30 kettle bell swings, 15 kettle bell snatches, 15 kettle bell overhead presses for each side, five kettle bell Turkish get ups for each side, then back to treadmill for as many rounds as possible in the time that you have.
