Patrick says: What is the best way to lose belly fat? From about Jan until now I have lost about 15lbs but I can’t get rid of the belly fat. I eat LCHF and it has helped but I can’t seem to get rid of the last few pounds. I play hockey a few times a week and workout a few times a week and realize it is probably diet based.     Hi Ben,

    I was checking out my 23andMe results after listening to you and Brock talk about the APOE4 gene. While I have a hard time navigating the results it seems like I have the APOE2 gene with a genetic results of GG.

    RS ID: rs5082 position:161193683 genotype: GG

    In your opinion should I follow the recommendations you made for APOE4 and ditch the MCT oil and butter?

    Three months ago, we attended a local Functional Forum (for practitioners) on ketosis in Glendale CA. I had no idea what we were in for – their presentation on deuterium and deuterium depleted water blew up so many paradigms.( I didn’t know what Laszlo and Que were talking about. Nor did most of the professionals in the room!) And Dr. Pollack’s EZ structured water was old hat to most of us. This was a completely new way to think about mitochondrial function.
