    Hi ben,
I just wanted to take this opportunity to disagree with Jennifer Sage on a couple of points from a mountain bikers perspective.
Keeping my body stable wile standing and sprinting is something that has helped me climb things I would never dream off before spin classes.
High cadence sprints is something that I use all the time as a mountain biker.
Finally, I like to view these classes as a race. Why else would you want to be working out in a room with a bunch of other people if not to push you that little extra. I can do a long easy cardio session on a tredmill on my own.

I don’t normally comment on blogs but your post was a real call to action. Thank you for a great read, I will be sure to bookmark your site and check in now and again.

    Hi Ben,

I listened to this podcast and last year all I used was the low-cal FRS concentrate as an energy drink, but this year I tried the Delta-E and I’m having better results by far with the Delta-E.

  5. Greg says:

    Hi Ben-

I listened to your podcast that included FRS because I was very interested in the ACTIVE ingredient, Quercitin. Instead I got what everybody knows about the woes of sugar and it’s substitutes. Why no comment on Quercitin?
