How To Be Well

Several months ago, while speaking at chef David Bouley's fantastic restaurant in New York City, I had the pleasure to embark upon a two mile run with my wife through the city to visit the office of a true pioneer in both integrative and functional medicine: Dr. Frank Lipman.

Dr. Lipman is the founder and director of Eleven Eleven Wellness Center in New York City, a New York Times best-selling author and the creator of Be Well, a lifestyle brand which offers premium supplements, cleanse programs and personalized health coaching to help people achieve genuine and sustainable life changes. My wife and I sat down with Dr. Lipman to talk about his new book and much, much more. He is a true wealth of knowledge.

A leading international speaker in Health and Wellness, he has been featured in all the top magazines and profiled in many too, including the New York Times, New York Magazine and O, the Oprah Magazine, and has appeared on TV shows like the Today Show, Extra and Dr Oz. 1. KATHY MILLER says:

I completed the Be Well cleanse program in 2018 and continued my eating habits as established in the cleanse for many months, lost 13 lbs and kept the weight off for over a year. I would like to purchase the program again but understand it isn’t available now?? Is there another one or can I purchase the same from another site?

  2. Kathrin says:

    Hi Ben,

Could you explain why you use Pao D‘Arco? I have tried it before briefly, but stopped because it made me nauseous. Recently I read it can be toxic in small amounts already.

    Thanks for the info!

  3. Anne says:

Great podcast! I love bone broth, it keeps me very healthy and it’s good for cleansing also. Try Au Bon Broth’s bone broth, it is the best.

  4. Connor says:

Hey Ben, thanks for all your work man. I just got my organic acids test results back. It showed very high oxalic and extremely low Vitamin C even with adequate consumption. My diet is similar to what you shared with us in your daily routine articles. Are you ever concerned with consuming many high oxalate foods? Is there a workaround? I’m experiencing many related symptoms. Thanks.

  5. Andrea says:

I’d hang from the door instead of the desk. ;)

  11. Nick says:

Hey Ben, is their any research behind the ear light you use and the clearance of beta amyloids in the brain? I know flickering light can trigger an immune response that helps clear them, wondering if gamma waves are produced from the light and if they have a similar effect? Thanks.

    1. Hi Nick, From what I understand, no, the HumanCharger team has not published any research related to clearance of beta amyloids in the brain and the use of HumanCharger. Flickering light studies, done by others, show the potential of light and invites more research in this exciting field.

  12. Jordan says:

Just to let you know Ben that it just worked for me 👍 Cheers mate.
