  1. Anonamous says:

Part 2 of this series is much better. Most of part 1 is pseudo science or has too little return ratios for the time invested to health payoff.

  2. Mr Deli Meat Slicer says:

Your voice sounds so different in this old episode!

  3. Hal says:

    Ben,

Have you ever asked Dr. Kruse about using the Earthpulse (vs. Magnetic) to hack sleep?

    Thx,

    Hal

    1. we talk just a little bit about it, but didn't cover too much on the podcast. Will likely explore the next time that I get him on the show.

  4. Sean says:

Anyone have the HealthyHouse PDF? It’s no longer available:

Sean, where did you find it? I can’t find it/your way back link doesn’t work :)

    Hey Ben:
Which mat would be most recommended the Magnetico or Biomat? Trying to choose which to buy for our home

  6. nately says:

Thanks Misty & Dr. Kruse! I look forward to digging into some of the blog posts and references.

  7. nately says:

Hey Ben, I just finished listening to this episode and I was fascinated. I was also quite frustrated and disappointed. Dr. Kruse shared a number of interesting opinions and suggestions without offering any supporting evidence or even plausibility. Now I'm just a graduate student in chiropractic and sports medicine, and Dr. Kruse is a neurosurgeon, so I'm not suggesting I know anything he doesn't. But that's the point. I listen to your podcasts because you tend to offer resources and cite research articles that support the ideas discussed. I'm sure most of your listeners aren't physicists that can explain the EMF properties of home electronics or the effect of infrared light on cell membranes. And none of us should just accept Dr. Kruse's claims without a good dose of skepticism.
I'd appreciate any references or suggestions from other listeners on how I can look into these claims further.

    1. cookin74 says:

I agree with nately, would be good to have some resources for the claims. I was also surprised to not hear any mention of a filter like the Stetzer or Greenwave filters, or grounding mats.

    2. Hey Ben,

I haven’t had the pleasure of listening to this podcast yet, but I just want to point out that many (if not all) of the things Dr. Kruse talks about as a guest on podcasts references content he has already explored in depth on his blog. Those posts are cited ad nauseum … some posts have 30, 40, 50 cites or more.

To help your readers get started, here is the first blog post in Jack’s EMF series. There are 8 posts in that series, I believe, and they are all cited extensively. If you’re looking for an EMF deep dive, here’s a great place to start!

      http://www.jackkruse.com/emf-1-does-your-rolex-work/

EMF 1 includes 12 cites, EMF 2 has 26, and so on.

One more note: Personally, as both the “business” manager for our community and as a serious “seeker” myself on my own health journey, I don’t think anyone should just take anything Jack or anybody else says without vetting it for themselves. If you’re a member of our community, you would see me pushing Jack really hard sometimes on certain topics, and I encourage all of our members to own their journeys, and Jack does as well. Dogma is everywhere, and we all need to be vigilant about examining things for ourselves and drawing our own conclusions.

Jack is just getting back from France … I will do my best to prod him on over to reply to your comments himself. In fairness, though, he’s got a tsunami waiting for him … ;-)

PS – We’ve had some extensive conversations in our community about grounding sheets and mats and all sorts of “grounding” things. You have to be really careful … we brought in an EMF expert (see our EMF Bootcamp) to talk to us about all of this stuff, and if you’re in a high EMF environment, your grounding tools pull the EMF to whatever “mat” or “sheets” you’re using and actually increase your exposure. You can measure this with a body grounding meter and see for yourself what’s going to work for you. A lot of our members had very adverse affects from grounding “things,” so we aren’t a big fan of them. But that’s just based on our own n=1. If your environment is low EMF, you may have better results.

      1. Thank you! That is very helpful.

    3. jackkruse says:

Read Andrew Marino's Book Going Somewhere, and The Body electric by Dr. Robert O Becker. For infrared lights effect on membranes you could Read Mae Wan Ho's The Rainbow Worm. And all my blogs have cites……..There are hundreds. JK
