    1. I wouldn't say healhy per se, but better than some of the other options. Also, keep in mind what Aubrey said about actually being able to stop when you want.

    The fist time I heard that Aubrey wrote a book I was so sure it would be a giant commercial for onnit products ( not that there is anything wrong with that’)
    I was pleasantly surprised that he left products out and good info in.
