What do you get when you combine SEALFIT and Ben Greenfield Fitness? An amazing SEALFIT 20x Challenge. Set in the rolling hills and backwoods of Spokane, Washington, this 12 hour event will be like no other. Ice baths? More like an ice pool. Pull-ups, push-ups, squats, sit-ups and burpees. Of course. On Saturday, July 9, from 7am to 7pm, you can put these powerful new tools to use at the SEALFIT 20x Challenge. Twelve grueling hours of training delivered by the SEALFIT coaching staff will leave you with a new sense of your capabilities.  The event is being held at an undisclosed location in Spokane.  When you register, we will send you a warning order with instructions on where to be on Saturday morning for event kick off.

SEALFIT 20x PHYSICAL PREP
You should train rigorously for the SEALFIT 20x following the training protocol in SEALFIT Online

Students should be able to complete the following:
● 40 push ups (40 for women) in 2 minutes, 40 sit-ups in 2 minutes and 50 air squats in 2 minutes, with 2 minutes of rest between each movement.
● 8 dead hang pull-ups for men, 4 for women, no time limit
● 1 mile run in boots and utility pants on road in 9:30

Endurance standards to guide your preparation:
● 10 mile run in less than 1 hour and 20 minutes
● 20 mile road march with 30 lb load in less than 6 hours

If you plan on attending the 20X event on Saturday, July 9, you’ll be pleased to know that on the following day, Sunday, July 10, Ben Greenfield and Hunter McIntyre will be teaching a private obstacle course technique seminar that shows you how to dominate every obstacle in a Spartan race, Tough Mudder, BattleFrog and beyond. This will make your plane tickets, travel time and hotel booking count for even more and, for those of you who want even more physical activity after the 20x Challenge, a chance to challenge your body even more!
