As I'm writing this, I have a shiny brass capsule dangling around my neck called a “H.E.A.L. Capsule,” and inside it, five titanium spheres that have been imprinted with healing frequencies that are supposedly “charging” my cells with quantum energy. Near me on my desk is a special golden “card” that radiates the frequency of abundance, similar to the one under my pillow for bed at night that radiates the frequency of peace. Heck, I've even got a “charging block” on my kitchen counter that I can place a plate of food in to blast it with positive energy frequencies before I eat the food. 

Now, if I'm being truly honest with you, I can't say I can fully “quantify” these frequencies, since I don't own a physics lab or any fancy gas discharge visualization cameras or anything else that can measure frequencies, light photos, protons, etc…but all I can say is that since I've been using more quantum medicine in my own protocol, I feel pretty darn good, my HRV and sleep scores are through the roof, and I've been jumping out of bed early each morning, way before my alarm, with loads of energy. Maybe it's the placebo effect—or maybe, just maybe—the quantum energy in these kinds of devices is actually “charging” my cells like a battery.

While I'm quite aware that this all sounds incredibly woo-woo, the idea of quantum energy—a source of energy that exists in everything—is actually a topic I've discussed before on previous podcasts, like with sound healing experts like Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary, music composer Michael Tyrrell, and sound healer Poranguí.

More recently, however, I interviewed entrepreneur and energy healer Philipp von Holtzendorff-Fehling on my podcast (say that five times fast, I dare you) to discuss all things quantum energy, specifically how his company Leela Quantum Tech has developed unique and cutting-edge technology like the H.E.A.L. Capsule I've been wearing. What Is Quantum Energy?

Quantum energy is the energy that exists in everything. It's the energy in your cells and the energy in the world around you. It's the space you tap into when you meditate. It's what makes a plant grow.

Using more practical and scientific terms, though, quantum energy is a little bit harder to explain and even more difficult to fully grasp, which makes it nearly impossible for many people to wrap their heads around; but I assure you, it is real, and it is measurable.

In essence, the word quantum comes from the Latin quantus, which means “how much” or “how great.” Within the fields of chemistry and physics, quantum refers to a single unit of matter, and the minimum amount of energy required to initiate a reaction. In other words, quantum energy takes place on the scale of fundamental particles like charges, photons, and atoms–too small to see with the naked eye, but powerful enough to create massive change in the world as we know it.

While it sounds very futuristic, quantum energy is not a new concept. It has been described in slightly different terms—such as Chi, Life Force, or Prana—by healers and scientists alike for thousands of years, including by inventor Nicola Tesla, physicist Roger Joseph Boscovich, researcher and author Joe Dispenza, and many others. Some have even claimed to be able to access quantum energy and concentrate it into specific objects, such as “Chi Masters” like the Shaolin monks who are reportedly are able to complete amazing feats and stretch their consciousness in ways that can not be explained by current scientific theories.

However, in today's modern world, you don’t have to train at a monastery for decades to access the same quantum fields. Quantum Energy Health Benefit 1: Healthier Blood Cells

Perhaps it's easiest to start with a few pictures to demonstrate one of the many physical effects of quantum energy.

One way to visualize the effects of quantum energy is to look at the results of a Darkfield Microscopy test, a blood test in which a drop of blood is analyzed using a special form of lighting that allows us to see living cells without staining. Interpretation of Darkfields can detect early signs of illness, as it clearly reveals distortions of red blood cells, possible undesirable bacterial/fungal/parasitic life forms, inflammation, and immune activity.

Below, you will see the blood microscopy results of a recent study conducted using the Leela Quantum Bloc. In this study, 16 human subjects were exposed to microwave radiation from a Wi-Fi router placed nearby. Their blood was examined under a darkfield microscope to look for changes, if any, compared to baseline (no exposure), after exposure for 10 minutes to the radiation, and again following exposure for another 10 minutes with their hands placed in an active Quantum Bloc.

In the Baseline image, the blood cells shown are what we would consider “normal” and depict the blood before any interventions.

After 10 minutes of WiFi exposure, however, several issues arise in the blood that makes it incredibly unhealthy. There is a significant increase in “sticky” red blood cells (RBC), blood cell clumping and clotting, greater quantities of fibrin (a protein associated with blood clotting), as well as paralyzation of the white blood cells which are a vital part of the immune system. “Sticky” and clotted blood is incredibly unhealthy and is liked with a number of diseases like cardiovascular disease, strokes, heart attacks, deep vein thrombosis, and more. Just one illustration of how WiFi and EMFs can sabotage your health.

The third image represents blood while still exposed to WiFi, but now using the Leela Quantum Block. You can see a clear protective effect in preventing the red blood cells from sticking together, reducing clotting, and increasing white blood cell motility—bringing the blood back to “normal healthy” baseline. In fact, the blood shown here appears to be even healthier than the baseline, as there is noticeably less clumping.

In summary, according to this study:

“The blood showed significant adverse changes following 10 minutes of subject exposure to Wi-Fi radiation:  (1) increased rouleaux (p = 9 x 10-13 ); (2) increased generalized red blood cell aggregation (p = 5 x 10-12); reduced white blood cell motility ( p  = 0.002); increased early fibrin (p = 0.001); and increased misshapen red blood cells (p = 0.003). Overall, the Quantum Bloc positively impacted the blood of all subjects and positively impacted all readily observable adverse effects of radiation on the blood.”

Quantum Energy Health Benefit 2: Better Nervous System Function

During the investigation, 12 test persons of both sexes aged between 12 and 80 years with regard to the protective effect against the harmful exposure to high-frequency electromagnetic radiation for mobile phones and electrosmog in different living and working situations.

In seven of the twelve test subjects, the ability to regulate the heart rate and to adapt the autonomic nervous system to the electro-magnetic environment clearly improved after using the Leela Quantum H.E.A.L. Capsule for only a few hours. In four of the twelve test subjects, an improvement in the ability to regulate the heart rate and to adapt the autonomic nervous system to the electro-magnetic environmental stress was also achieved, but after several days. The study concluded that “all toxic information and energetic deregulations previously tested as stressful could be nullified and bio energetically harmonized” by the H.E.A.L. Capsule.

Quantum Energy Health Benefit 3: Protection Against EMFs

Not surprisingly, there is a growing concern about the adverse health effects of exposure to EMF by both governmental and non-governmental organizations responsible for public health. At the end of May 2011, the World Health Organization (WHO) even classified high-frequency
radiation as “potentially carcinogenic.” 

In fact, recent studies “not only clearly demonstrate that EMF exposure triggers oxidative stress in various tissues, but also that it causes significant changes in levels of blood antioxidant markers.”  Exposure to high-frequency electromagnetic radiation leads to insufficient sleep quality, loss of vitality, headaches, tinnitus, poor concentration, reduced mental and physical resilience and increased stress on the cardiovascular system.
