When it comes to your hormone balance, your sleep, your mood, your gut function, your physical performance, your cognitive power and nearly every other body and brain variable you want to optimize, nothing beats addressing the health of your vagus nerve.

So in today's podcast, you're going to learn everything you need to know about your vagus nerve and how to properly care for it. If you implement the tips in this episode, I guarantee you will be shocked at the results and effects on stress and heart rate variability, mental horsepower, physical performance, recovery, digestion, hormone balance, drive and much more.

My guest on this episode is Joseph Cohen.

    Hi,

I’ve been trying to subscribe so I can listen to older episodes (particularly this one!) but I keep getting an error that just says:

    *password

I appear to be doing everything correctly but I’ve tried it on both my phone and laptop and get the same result. Would love to subscribe for the year but just can’t seem to. Thanks in advance for your help!

    Beth

  2. Daniel Doelger says:

Hi Ben, I’m a subscriber but this page still loads saying I must subscribe or login to listen to this podcast. I’ve logged in and then out and the back in multiple times but even though I’m logged in it still denies me access. Bummer because I just signed up as an annual subscriber largely to listen to this particular episode.

    1. Sorry about that, I'll have someone from my team take a look at it.

    2. Patrick says:

Same here Daniel! I want this podcast but can’t find it anywhere and I’ve tried, even as a premium subscriber.

The search features inside of the premium area need work badly.

      1. Hannah says:

I’m not able to listen to this podcast episode either for the same reason. Frustrating.

  3. Patrick says:

Really hard to find where to listen to this podcast and i’m a subscriber. It seems the search feature is not very good. Can you tell us what the user journey is to actually listen to this? Even in the premium content section I can’t find it using the search tab – none of the keywords in the title actually generate the podcast… Thanks Ben

  4. R says:

The links for the podcast actually go somewhere else, both of them

    1. Thank you, they've been updated.

  5. David Richard Atlas says:

Hi Ben the first resource line (32 Ways to Stimulate Vagus Nerve article) seems to go to a dead link on selfhacked website (nothing renders). Tried in Safari and Chrome. Thanks.

    1. Try again, seems to be working now.

      1. Stefanie Hilton says:

It’s happening to me, too! So frustrating.

  6. Ross Morningstar says:

My heart beats 140-150 pm for 5-6 hrs. I was told to put an ice pack on the vagal nerve to lower the bpm down to my normal 70-80 bpm. Where on face? Size of ice pack?
