  1. Ben,

My wife loves your stuff and I’ve been impressed as well and really appreciate all the experimentation you have to do on yourself and others to deliver the best results for others like myself.

My best friend since childhood however uses and believes in the company ONNIT out of Austin, Tx. for similar reasons…

How does the products you sell compare to Onnit’s product lines? How would you distinguish your stuff from their’s.

    Thanks, GCG

    1. Onnit is great! I use their stuff too! Some of the products I recommend or make myself are totally different….take for example my skin serum, my CBD product, colostrum, etc. Onnit does not carry those type of items. Also, I sell coaching and consulting that is different than what Onnit sells…but ultimately I think our two businesses align well!

  2. Pretty component too content. I simply stumbled upon your blog and in accession capital too claim

that I acquire actually loved account your weblog posts.

Any wway I will be subscribing for your augment and even I success you

get right of entry to persistently fast.

  3. One quick question, in the first product mentioned for getting into ketosis, “natural flavoring” is listed. In my readings I have read that industry has hidden MSG under this label and I for 1 do not care to consume gluten. Can you break down the natural flavors into the actual component’s? Thanks

  4. I would really appreciate it if you would make the link that promises a copy of your food pyramid if you post on FB workable. We get nothing but a loop, as you can see if you check the replies that are on the signup/pay with a tweet page. Many are having this difficulty, and it does not seem to be getting addressed. We are feeling ripped off. Could you address this please?

    1. Hey Naomi,

So sorry for the confusion. Apparently if your timeline/feed isn't public, there is no way for the system to verify they posted anything. We're going to update the blog post to reflect this now!

  5. Hi Ben

I realise its almost impossible to provide info in an individualised form via such forums.

Very briefly, I am 41 and lift 4 times a week (currently using the Mike Mathews Bigger, Leaner, Stronger routine, im sure you are familiar with it). I weigh 82 kilos and I am roughly 15-17% body fat. I have trained for a few years but feel that my ability to lose body fat has never changed. My diet is pretty good but dare say its not as it should be. Ideally I would like to get down to 10% bf whilst adding a little more muscle. Pretty much the same as every guy :)

Therefore I was wondering if you could point me towards a particular podcast or one of your books that would help me best with advice on diet and workouts?

    Thanks for your time.

    1. You're right its really tough to do this through a forum. I could direct you to a bunch of more generic posts but the issue is going to lie in something specific and probably your diet. If you want to go through it in more detail book a consult at and choose 20 or 60 mins and we'll get you scheduled.

  6. Not sure if this is the right location to ask a question for the podcast. Anyways, Any new advice for reversing hair loss or slowing the process down? I have listened to your poscast on hairloss and have tried all your recommendations – iodine, vitamin D, eliminating grains/sugar, reducing stress. My blood work came back with optimal levels of hormones, vitamins, etc. I have a difficult time accepting “genetics” as the root cause. The real question is “what is igniting the issue?”

      1. Hey Ben

I tried to use speak pipe but I couldn't hear my "replay" so I didn't send (without a sound check). So, I hope you receive this well. My name is Andrew Sansaver and I am writing because I have 5 year old son who has had a diagnosis of Autism since the age of 2. We have been with an integrative medicine practitioner for 3 years now and have made some good strides but we feel that there is still something more we can do. Lucas is up to approximately 40 supplements and we are starting to feel like this is not only financially unsustainable but also doesn't feel natural, and it has been taking a tremendous toll on our family over the past three years. I have been wondering if you would have a recommendation? The practitioner we see specializes in Methylation as well as Mitochondrial dysfunction. We have done multiple OAT tests,Genova stool samples, and other testing as well as the supplements twice a day for past three years. We have been on two separate gut protocols because the overgrown occurred a second time. I cannot help but be concerned about doing the right thing, and giving Lucas the best chance possible. We have spent thousands (and we are not rich) on him and will spend more if we have to but I want to make sure I am giving him the best chance. We have a 7 year old and a 1 year old daughter as well and this is all taking a toll on them. Please let me know if you feel that we are in the right place. We live in Northern California about an hour east of San Francisco. I listen to Kresser and Dr. Rucio, Aspery and Mutzel. I really appreciate your passion and played college athletics so I admire your competitive sense of life as well as your curiosity for making yourself and those around you better. Any help you could offer would be amazing.

        Thank you

        1. This would be an excellent question for the podcast. Can you please try again? Try and keep the question under 45 seconds and don't worry about the 'replay' or sound check, we can edit!

  7. Hi Ben- a quick question. I just listened to the audio with Samal (?) And I am impressed with his training regimen. Ten to 12 hours a week is great. I did a full I’M in 2011 and got burned out with the traditional training. I am doing a half in 2015. Before i buy beyond training-does it go oVer minimalist training plans or how to create them? I want to have fun on the 70.3 and not take away from the family with training.
