Dr. William Davis, a leading cardiologist and the author of the brilliant book, “Undoctored“, has a free article on how to make a special strain of yogurt that heals the gut, shuts down appetite, increases collagen production for hair/skin/nails and even enhances production of the love hormone oxytocin. No joke. The stuff is super simple to make at home, and my boys and I have been making big ol' batches of the stuff for smoothies, salad dressing or just a treat all by itself.     Hello ben, a bit of a random question but what is your thoughts on “Retin A” topical ointment for anti aging? It seems to be pretty agreed upon that it is a safe and effective treatment (at least from what I have seen). Surely someone as interested and well versed in anti aging therapy would have some opinion. I would love to hear your thoughts! Thanks!

    1. Many Retin-A products contain hormone disruptors and other dangerous ingredients.
