    Ben, your co-host is correct: the artificial sweetener is aspartame (3 syllables). It is not aspartamine (4 syllables), which is an amino acid.

    Ben, i am interested in trying the BP-157 for knee issues. But I am on 2 prescription medications administered by my endocrinologist, hypothyroidism and hormone replacement. How would I find if BP-157 would affect these. I asked my primary and endocrinologist but they don’t have the ability, knowledge to answer these questions. Who could I turn to? I know you cannot give medical advice

    Have you heard of or tried Just Like Sugar as a sugar substitute? It’s made primarily from chicory root fiber. For baking they suggest using more of their product than the amount of sugar in the recipe, but I find it’s rather sweet and use about 1/4 – 1/2 of what the recipe says. From my experience, less better anyway since it’s all fiber.

    Hi Mr. Greenfield,

    What dose of vitamin C is recommended to take after musculoskeletal surgery and for how long?

    Thank you.

    1. I wouldn't exceed 5,000mg per day, and it is best to break up into 3-4 doses to minimize stomach distress. However, one that I'm able to use in pretty high doses without too much concern of GI issues is from American Nutriceuticals: https://amzn.to/2QevNNp

    I baked most of my food, sometimes I cook with butter. I never use any type of oils. I called some of the top organic restaurants and spent some time at local farmers market almost all of them use grape seed oil. What’s your thoughts on that oil?

    1. Personally I like a really high quality olive oil more, but you could certainly do worse than an organic grape seed oil, especially for high temp cooking (avocado oil is nice too).
