Feeling good getting back into action after returning from India two nights ago. I experimented with a jet lag “biohacking” protocol that is admittedly a bit complex and spendy, but worked amazingly – as in, I feel absolutely fantastic less than 48 hours after the 24 hour long return trip from Mumbai. Here’s basically what I did: -pre-flight: one ounce ketone esters -on flight: 2 hydrogen tabs in every bottle of water, with one 16oz bottle of water every 45 minutes while I was not sleeping/meditating on flight -throughout entire trip: Ra red blue light blockers to keep my circadian rhythm from getting confused -1 NAD patch of 1000mg worn on inner thigh during flight -1 shot liposomal glutathione before and after flight -10mg Vitamin C before and after flight -1 hypertonic Quinton packet before and after flight (for minerals/adrenals) -500mcg BPC157/TB500 injected before and after flight -no caffeine/no carbs on flight or in airport, only snack was macadamia nuts with chlorella tablets for my “trail mix” -upon return: 30 minutes sauna, 1 hour PEMF, 1 hour Hyperbaric chamber, 15 minutes Biocharger each day (I just do all my office work while using these). Anytime I’m not on these, I’m on grounding/earthing mat at office. -every morning: 10 minutes Human Charger, 20 minutes Re-Timer glasses, 20 minutes JOOVV to reboot circadian rhythm to new time zone -every morning: exercise session barefoot outdoors with deep nasal breathwork in sunshine to also reset circadian rhythm/decrease inflammation.
