The Latest Methylene Blue/CBD/Nicotine Nootropic Stack
If you heard my podcast with Dr. Ted Achacoso, or have seen me popping a tiny blue “troche” on my morning sunshine walks, then you might be familiar with Troscriptions (Tx), a new methylene blue nootropic. Essential Habits to Enhance Longevity Pt. 2 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭 One of my favorite practices that my family and I participate in each morning is gratitude journaling. We start off each day by opening our Christian Gratitude journals and discussing three questions: What am I grateful for today? What truth did I discover in today's scripture reading? Who can I pray, help, or serve today? When you introduce conscious, mindful gratitude into your day, positivity will begin to pour into your life—along with all the other scientifically proven physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of gratitude.
